@JakaKokosar Could you perhaps check this as well? It might be a bioinformatics issue (perhaps a missing replaces?).

Start by loading the Latent Factors workflow with Data Fusion 0.1.11 and Orange 3.24.dev, then inspect the crash from the Bioinformatics Gene Enrichment widget. Done means the example workflow loads and runs without that widget failure; the issue does not name a file or test to start from.
