Improve search option

I am trying to search for certain blog posts, but the search option only seems to search on title. It is even ignoring tags, which are appended to blog posts. Preferably, search would consider content and tags, or at the very least, tags.

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the search option and the code handling blog-post content and tags, then trace how the current title search is assembled. Done means searches match post content and tags, or at minimum tags, with tests covering the added matches.
