Description
(This corresponds to the "source.jinja2" page)
This page will work a little more dynamically since there are different "states" that it will be in, depending on where a user is.
1. **After a Sample(s) is Linked/Sample Not Ready to Send**:
[Specs for this State](https://zpl.io/2pEXADy)
- As a participant has just linked a sample, the next desired behavior we want from them is to take a sample then edit the sample information. Since the sample taking happens in the physical world, we're alerting them here that their sample is not yet ready to be returned because collection info is missing (the icons help identify this, on top of having a key above the table on further clarification)
- If we cannot hide the "Results Ready" and "Sample-specific Survey" columns in this state, then that is okay if they remain visible. I foresee that there would be an issue with hiding these columns for samples that are not ready-- the table might end up looking weird when there's multiple samples in different "states" (ex. one sample is ready to send, another is not ready) as for those that are not ready to send, there would be less columns visible (unless there's a way to organize the table to group samples by state)
2. **After a Sample's Collection Info is Updated/Sample Ready to Send**:
[Specs for this State](https://zpl.io/2Ze7KvX)
- Since a participant has ideally taken their sample and updated their collection info, the sample is now ready to be returned
- There's additional functions available here: They can see if results are available, take the FFQ, and add in additional samples
3. **Sample Has been Scanned In by Our Lab**:
[Specs for this State](https://zpl.io/aMe0wXK)
- The "Ready to Return?" column changes to identify that the sample has been received by our lab (the naming convention here isn't exactly accurate, so open to suggestions on how to reword/work this to be inclusive of this state)
4. **Sample Has Its Results Ready**:
[Specs for this State](https://zpl.io/bLe0qJd)
- "Results" column changes to a clickable button to view results
**Clarification on Other Elements**:
- "Back to Account Overview" button would be clickable to go [here](https://zpl.io/a71Ng38)
- "Add Another Sample" would go to page that for linking samples (addressed by issue #36 )
- "Collection Instructions" and "Shipping Instructions" would link externally to the microsetta.ucsd.edu page being developed by Departures for these instructions (these links should open a new tab)
- All icons were designed by me, so no licensing needed

Research direction
Start with source.jinja2 and compare the page against the four linked Zpl state specifications. Verify that the four sample states, the Back to Account Overview, Add Another Sample, Collection Instructions, and Shipping Instructions links match the stated behavior; no tests are mentioned in the issue.
