Create human source should note that multiple samples (or time series) can be added to a single source

It may not be apparent to users that they can assign multiple samples to sources on the source creation page.

One thing that could be done here is to add an element below the source creation cards that says "What if I am collecting multiple samples?" and have it trigger a tool tip noting that samples should be associated to a single source rather than many.
