Description
microprot is working but could benefit from some restructuring to make it more transparent for non-expert users.
- [ ] the structure should be closer to `micronota` repo structure.
- [ ] `setup.py` needs refactoring to incorporate all scripts and latest information
- [ ] `run_microprot.sh` should be rewritten to be easier to manipulate (potentially port to Python?)
