Disable automatic update when clade collapsing is clicked

Currently, if the user selects clade collapsing in color by sample/feature metadata, empress will automatically collapse the tree without the user having to select the update button. To keep things consistent, we should require user to click the update button in order to collapse clades.

Start by tracing the clade-collapsing interaction used when coloring by sample or feature metadata, then compare it with the update-button flow. Done means selecting clade collapsing no longer changes the tree immediately and clades collapse only after the user clicks the update button.
