Adapter information needs to be recorded

From the micromeeting on 5/16, it was noted that adapter information can vary on shotgun processing and that this information is not presently being captured.

@RodolfoSalido or @ghsmu414, is the following a succinct assessment?

"Downstream QC / processing of shotgun sequence data requires knowledge of the adapter sequences associated with library preparation, and the adapter sequences can differ from library to library. The adapter sequence is part of the library preparation kit. For smooth, and automatic QC, it will be necessary to record the adapter sequence per sample in the sample sheets."
