Limit i5/i7 primer plate selection in shotgun library prep to relevant working primer plates

When preparing a shotgun library, the "Select i5 primer plate" and "Select i7 primer plate" dropdowns both display the same list of choices, which includes ALL working primer plates:

I guess this isn't strictly speaking a bug, as the correct info exists in the list and the user is not prevented from picking it, but it sure makes this task more confusing and error-prone than it should be.
