Greg has requested a small change to the amplicon prep info file (to take effect once Labman goes live): instead of a single “Extraction_robot” column, there will be (in its place) two columns called “Ext_robot_EP” and “Ext_robot_KF”, holding the epmotion and kingfisher robots used in extraction, respectively. Since you consume the prep info file, please let me know whether you are ok with this change; I don’t want to make modifications if they would disrupt your downstream workflow.
