Description
**Describe the bug**
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
When I clicked on the ARGOS prefixed BCO I went to click on 'derive new BCO' and it said "something went wrong". Maybe it is because its a prod prefix? Also at the menu at the top there isn't the BCO builder thing anymore.
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'any of the ARGOS prefixes and click on an ARGOS bco'
3. Click on 'in the menu while inside the bco, derive BCO from'
5. See error that will say something like 'something is wrong'
**Expected behavior**
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
(I have never done ti before so this is a guess) That the BCO I want to derive it form should also be there and fille dout but its basically a new copy and I should be able to edit it.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue from an ARGOS-prefixed BCO: open the BCO, use the menu option to derive a new BCO, and observe the error. Check the browser error output and the surrounding derive-BCO and top-menu entry points; done means the source BCO is copied into an editable new BCO and the BCO builder menu is available as expected.
