Add link in the project to open the API administration dashboard

**Description**

Add as a button in the top menu, a link to the API administration dashboard. The button should be only available if the user has the admin role.

**Requierements**

- [ ] Add button to redirect to the strapi administration area
- [ ] Only show the button if the current user is an administrator
