Unify the [podcast api](https://github.com/dcs-community/dcs-podcast-api) with the dcs-blog project
**Requierements**
- [x] create podcast model
- [x] create podcast episode model
- [x] add IT to check the get podcast graphql query
- [x] add automatic permission to get podcast list
- [ ] remove old service in hosting and put it as deprecated in github
