Commercial use of Binance public historical market data in paid local replay software

Binance Customer Support directed me to this repository for clarification regarding commercial use of data from data.binance.vision.

I am developing a paid software product called TNLD. It is a historical market replay and manual trading simulation tool for trader training.

The intended data workflow is:

1. Binance raw market data is not bundled with, hosted by, sold by, or redistributed through TNLD.
2. Users download historical klines and aggTrades directly from Binance public data sources to their own devices.
3. The downloaded files remain stored locally on each user’s device.
4. TNLD only imports and processes those locally stored files for historical replay, chart visualization, manual trading simulation, and performance review.
5. TNLD does not connect to Binance user accounts, execute orders on Binance, or represent itself as an official Binance product.
6. The Binance name would only be used for factual compatibility or data-source identification, such as “Supports Binance public historical market data.”
7. TNLD would state that it is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Binance.

Could you please clarify:

1. Is commercial sale of this software permitted under Binance’s current terms based on the structure described above?
2. Does this require a separate commercial market-data license, written approval, or data agreement?
3. May the Binance name be used solely for factual compatibility and data-source identification?
4. Are any attribution, disclaimer, branding, or distribution requirements mandatory?
5. Are there any additional conditions for using klines and aggTrades downloaded directly by end users from data.binance.vision within paid local software?

Please confirm whether this structure is:

- permitted without separate approval;
- permitted subject to specific conditions; or
- subject to a separate commercial license or written authorization.
