Description
Hi Binance Public Data team,
I’m building a public historical chart guessing game.
I would like to use Binance Public Data historical spot kline files from data.binance.vision / binance-public-data.
Use case:
- I download historical spot kline files.
- I generate 40-candle windows from the data.
- Users initially see the first 30 candles as a normalized candlestick chart.
- After the user chooses LONG / STAY / SHORT, I reveal the next 10 candles.
- I may display the symbol and historical year/month after the guess.
- I will not provide raw CSV downloads or redistribute the original files.
- I will not provide a market data API, bulk export, or data feed to users.
- The site may show ads or sponsorships in the future.
- I can provide attribution to Binance Public Data if required.
Could you confirm whether this use case is permitted under the Binance Public Data license/terms?
Also, if GitHub issues are not the correct place for licensing or commercial display questions, could you please point me to the correct Binance contact or team?
Thanks,
Hyunwoo
