Description
建议出一个手动指定IP功能，因为我发现作者的脚本在DD动态IP（类似阿里云这种全NAT，机器内部是内外IP）的机器的时候，例如PQS家的机器，无法获取网络，而隔壁的有一个脚本可以成功，可以给作者参考下，http://github.com/leitbogioro/Tools/ 但是这个脚本其他功能没有本作者的好用
