Description
I know it's not a very big bug visually, but I remember that this was a small detail that brought the kekos in our hotel to life. The expected behaviour is that when the default character is standing still in a room with people, they turn their head to look at the people who are talking ([Example](https://imgur.com/a/5i3MhVw)). In Nitro, the character remains static, looking straight ahead. ([Example](https://imgur.com/a/FbeYRcL))

Research direction
Start by reproducing the standing-still avatar behavior in a room with people talking, comparing Nitro with the linked expected example. Trace the avatar rendering and head-movement behavior to find where speech or nearby-player state should affect the facing direction. Done means default avatars turn toward people who are talking instead of remaining static.
