求教ffplay在android手机显示第一帧图像出来后到显示第二帧有3s延时？&&rtsp reconnect怎么设置？

目前android硬解码rtsp流能很快出来第一帧图像，但是显示第二帧的时候就卡住了，卡了差不多3s，然后又正常播放，我这边用vlc对比了下，相差3s，看了之前的issues有说ffplay处有做缓冲机制，这个怎么解决？
另外ios播放rtsp正常，但是怎么设置rtsp reconnect？
