部分手机录制的视频不支持旋转

录制的时候 设置了旋转90度，大部分手机播放正常。
华为荣耀6，播放的时候旋转不正常。
mediacodec mediacodec-auto-rotate 都设置的1

用TextureView能正常旋转，用SurfaceView不能正常旋转。
