android端短时间断网后恢复，播放无法恢复，ios端可以

Description
如题，ios端设置超时时间为30s，播放过程中关闭网络，在30s之内恢复网络，播放能够恢复。但是android端同样设置超时间为30s，断网后会立即返回播放失败，网络恢复后无法恢复播放。
采用rtmp和http-flv拉流均是如此，这个是什么原因呢？
