提供一个license？

这个库里现在有 BAS 实现了，不过不是 source 所以我猜不是开源的。

希望能给出一个license这样第三方开发者可以知道到底能不能看这个库里面的代码。。。
（毕竟现在Bilibili也是个大公司了，希望避免以后产生复杂的问题）
