Description
### Specifications
- Hardcode-Tray version : `4.3`
- Distribution : `Arch Linux`
- Gtk version : `3.24`
### Expected behavior and actual behavior
Signal Desktop is no longer being themed after the following upstream commit:
https://github.com/signalapp/Signal-Desktop/commit/4ea0970e5424966a2c02d9bb0f2665c3c4e81714
### Steps to reproduce the problem
1. Download the latest Signal Desktop.
2. Run Hardcode-Tray.
3. Start Signal with systray enabled.
You can see it is not styled, as the 32px icons were not adjusted, and 256px icons are no longer used.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the upstream Signal Desktop commit linked in the issue and the current Hardcode-Tray handling for Signal's tray icons. Reproduce the issue on Arch Linux with GTK 3.24 using the listed steps, then verify that the 32px icons are adjusted and the resulting Signal tray icon is themed.
