Bitwarden not detected

Maybe it has to do with app.asar not being unpacked? I do not see the resource folder in `/usr/lib/bitwarden/`, only app.asar and package.json. I unpacked it but it was still not detected. I tried on normal and git version of hardcode-tray from AUR.

1. Install bitwarden on Arch-Linux from official repo: `sudo pacman -S bitwarden`
2. Install hardcode-tray or hardcode-tray-git from AUR.
2. Run hardcode-tray
3. Application not detected, tray not changed.

Start by examining how Hardcode-Tray detects applications and compare that behavior with the Arch Bitwarden installation under /usr/lib/bitwarden/, which contains app.asar and package.json. Reproduce the report using the listed pacman and hardcode-tray commands. Done means Bitwarden is detected and its tray icon is changed.
