Preventing USB power

I flashed the Rumba32 bigtreetech board (BIGTREETECH Rumba32 V1.0 180MHZ 32-Bit) with TMC2209 stepper drivers (UART MODE) with the Marlin 2.0.9.3 and the printer does what it's supposed to do.

However, in order to print with Octoprint on a Raspberry Pi, the Rumba32 board must always be connected with a USB cable. Now the board appears to be powered via this USB cable and so the board turns on! This is a very undesirable situation because the Raspberry pi is always on, and - as it seems now - also the 3D printer.

Does anyone know how to prevent the connected USB cable from supplying the Bigtreetech Rumba32 board with power?
