Request - Group function - Order of printing and selecting printer.

I'm not sure where to add this, as it's not a bug of 1.0.3, but is rather a feature request as a result of 1.0.3.

I do not feel the implementation of groups and g-code selection has been done very well.

Previously, I would select a gcode, then select which printers that gcode is sent to.
Now, due to the way groups have now limited the ability to control or print to any printer that's part of that group, if 1 or more of the members of that group are already printing, each printer must now be selected individually first, then the g-code for that printer selected.

It seems a step backwards in my opinion.

Gcode selection > Printer(s) Selection would be better.

Issue #58 describes the group and g-code/printer selection flow but names no files, tests, or entry points. Trace the existing group selection UI and determine how to support g-code selection before printer selection, including printers already printing; done means the requested order works without removing group controls.
