New Language Contribution: Hungarian (en-HU) translation for Panda Touch

Hello BigTreeTech Team,

I would like to contribute a new language file for the Panda Touch interface.
This is a fully translated and tested Hungarian (hu-HU) language file based on the
latest English template.

**File name:** en-HU.yml
**Language name shown in UI:** Magyar (Hungarian)

This translation has been validated on a real Panda Touch device using the official
ptimgtool generator, and works correctly with the latest firmware (1.0.7.x).

The contribution includes:
- Full UI translation
- Correct YAML structure
- Verified formatting and indentation
- Fully compatible with the official addition_panda.img generator
- Custom “new_panda.png” icon is also available upon request

I kindly ask you to review and include this translation in a future release,
so that other Hungarian users can use Panda Touch in their native language.
