Prints won't start due to bed temperature being 1 Degree too low.

I've encountered a strange issue recently, that seems to be happening on the most recent firmware, but still happened intermittently on 1.6.

When i send a print to any of my printers via the Panda Touch, there's a very high chance it will not start.
After trying to figure out what's causing the printer to sit there and refuse to start, i found it was the bed temperature.

1) Use Panda Touch to send print to P1S
2) The bed and nozzle warm up...the bed homes itself.
3) The print will not move past this point. The bed will show 54/55 temperature. Never reaching 55. The nozzle temp is fine.
4) The printer will sit like this indefinitely.

A temp fix I now do, is manually heating the beds to 60 before printing.
This allows the printer to generally drop to 55 by the time the nozzle and bed have homed.

This bed heating problem does not happen when i send the same sliced print to my printers through Orca/Bambu Studio.
