Description

The time is displayed on the top of the screen in the format yyyy-mm-dd When set to timezone of UK this is not correct as we use dd-mm-yyyy. Can this be changed with timezone or added to the setting to configure? It is a very confusing format to use for the UK.

Edit: I have created a firmware with the screensaver and main screen date corrected to UK format you can get it from here: https://github.com/IainPHay/PandaSensePro/blob/master/Firmware/01.00.00.00/
https://github.com/IainPHay/PandaSensePro/blob/master/Firmware/01.01.00.03/

It also corrects:

PM2.5 and PM10 to subscript, changes the µg/m³ to more formal -3 form and patches the webpage to correct these notations as well.
And it corrects typos in Monday and Wednesday in the code.

Not done this as a PR as I think the format should change automatically when the timezone is set which is a job for btt.

Research direction

Start by comparing the linked Firmware/01.00.00.00/ and Firmware/01.01.00.03/ directories with the current firmware, then trace where the main-screen and screensaver dates use the timezone setting. Done means UK timezone displays dd-mm-yyyy consistently while other locales retain an appropriate format; review the linked firmware's notation and typo corrections as part of the issue scope.
