Description
Panda PWR not showing any readings at all on latest firmware V1.0.0.1
When attempting to Power Off, it returns `power off ok` but does not actually power off or update the UI.
Power output to printer stays on, and USB toggling to my LED strips through the PandaPWR LAN control works
Previously worked fine without issues until one day the Panda PWR stopped connecting to my WiFi.
I performed multiple factory resets and WiFi reboots until the WiFi network was able to stick again, but now have these issues.
I do not have a Panda Touch
I've continued to run prints in the meantime without power issues.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the missing readings and failed power-off behavior on firmware V1.0.0.1, using the PandaPWR LAN control and observing whether printer power, USB output, and the UI change. The issue does not name repository files, tests, or firmware entry points; done means measurements return and power-off actually disables output and updates the UI.
