FR: Adding MQTT Support

Hi,

I believe this has been raised in #4 but somehow closed.

I am wondering would it be possible and beneficial if the Panda PWR WebUI itself allow setting up MQTT connection.
You just need to add the broker address and its credentials, MQTT topics that can be auto-discovered by Home Assistant.
