cant connect to Panda_knomi getting very very frustrated.

I am using an Android phone to try to set up directions, obviously for iPhones. I bought this for Christmas - installed the hardware, no issues. Then the problems began. I scanned and tried to follow directions. Pick network - originally, it showed two Panda networks, neither of which would connect to the internet. Now I only have one choice for a Panda network, and it will not connect to the internet. All the rest is a mass confusion of directions that make no sense to me in the least. I contacted support, but other than asking me for an order number and if I had bought it recently, I received no direction on how to continue. So close to returning and writing the company off as do not buy from, like creality who has 0 support for their products. Can anyone actually help me set this up?
