Description
I am trying to access the eMMC and I cannot get this to connect. I have a Raspberry Pi Pad 5 v1.0 with a Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 - both of which were given to me. The Pi Pad and CM4 boots up fine, klipper runs and the touchscreen works. I followed the directions in the manual - namely "Set switch 1(USBOTG) and switch 2(BOOT)to On position(to the left) to enter BOOT mode. Double check that Type-C port is in USB mode" and I run ./rpiboot (under Ubuntu 22.04LTS). The prompt just sits there "Waiting for BCM2835/6/7/2711..."
Can someone help me figure out what I am doing wrong?

Research direction
Start with the manual's BOOT-mode instructions for switch 1 (USBOTG), switch 2 (BOOT), and the Type-C port, then inspect how ./rpiboot is being run under Ubuntu 22.04 LTS. Check whether the CM4 is detected instead of remaining at the BCM2835/6/7/2711 waiting prompt. Done means the eMMC can be accessed through the documented process.
