Probe pin not showing up in Marlin 2.1.2.4

I want to run V2 version on Marlin2.1.2.4.
The PDF file is old and no longer helpful.

I enabled the new option (#define BIQU_MICROPROBE_V2) and flashed the firmware after configuring as instructed. However, the probe only triggers a few times when I first power it up, and the trigger pin does not go down when I issue the probe deploy command.

After forcibly pulling out the probe pin and running Autohome, it seems that the probe is detecting the Z-axis properly, so it seems to be fine. In other videos, I see a red light in addition to the blue light, but my probe only has a blue light.

What's wrong?

The mainboard I use is BTT Octopus 1.1 and I have enabled #define PROBE_ENABLE_PIN PB6
