EBB SB2209/2240

CanBus seems to be working except for the hotend fan. Mainsail says the fan is activated, but registers 0 rpm, and the fan isn't running. Parts fan works fine.

My config for the fan looks like this:

[heater_fan hotend_fan]
pin: EBBCan: PA0

Review the [fan] and [heater_fan hotend_fan] configuration entries, comparing the working parts fan with the non-working hotend fan and the listed pins and tachometer settings. Done means the hotend fan activates and reports nonzero RPM, but the issue names no source file or test to guide an implementation.
