Research direction
Start by reproducing the communication loss when a print starts and investigate the EBBCan MCU connection and the underlying issue reported by the printer. Once the cause is identified and corrected, use the FIRMWARE_RESTART command; done means the firmware resets, configuration reloads, host software restarts, and the printer no longer shuts down.
