UVC USB Camera constantly resets

Description
I am trying to use a simple UVC camera (Logitech c270) with the CB2 with M8P. The camera registers and can be investigated using v4lctl. However any attempt to capture a frame and the usb resets:

This also occurs using a mainline armbian build.
