Description

I don't need WiFi to be enabled on the CB1 as I have it wired directly on the network. I have used rfkill to disable/block wifi. That does disable wifi for that session. But if I reboot the system, it turns back on. How do I keep WiFi off?

Research direction

The issue names no file, test, or entry point. First determine how the CB1 OS image initializes WiFi and whether rfkill state is restored after reboot; done means a documented, repeatable way to keep WiFi disabled across reboots.
