My CB1 freezes after a few minutes of work. Help me solve the problem.

Description
I bought a Voron 2.4 aug printer with a cartographer. I assembled the printer and started the initial setup and then the printer started to hang (the image on the screen splits and the printer does not react to anything. after switching off, you just turn on the black screen, there is no download. you turn off the printer, I wait for about 15 minutes, then it loads, it works for a few minutes, then it freezes again. I tried to flash and change the cards. nothing helps. tell me what to do?
