[FEATURE REQUEST] preemtive-rt kernel with group scheduler

hi there actually i have some issues with high klipper load peaks and so mcu shutdowns.
im not alone with these issues also the pi community is struggeling with this.

some members of the klipper discord was mentioning the issue went away with installing preemtive-rt kernel

since i can remember all the stuff setting up a dev environment for amlogic systems im not really willing to do all the stuff again

so heres my feature request for enabling:

CONFIG_PREEMPT_RT=y
and
CONFIG_RT_GROUP_SCHED=y

No files or tests are named. Start by locating the CB1 kernel configuration and image build entry points, then check how CONFIG_PREEMPT_RT and CONFIG_RT_GROUP_SCHED are selected and whether the resulting image builds; done means both options are enabled in the delivered kernel configuration.
