Password from system.cfg is not saved correctly

I wrote the wifi network password **aprel$2204** in the system.cfg file.
I went through PuTTY (64-bit) to configure connection - **nmtui**.
And there is a completely _different_ password saved. It shows as **aprel204**. Changed it manually and wifi is working (before it made me wonder why it doesn't work with wifi). Is it a bug? How to fix it? Otherwise he constantly breaks the wi-fi network because of this.

Start by examining how the password from system.cfg is parsed and passed to the nmtui/network configuration flow. Reproduce the issue with a password containing a dollar sign, then verify that the saved Wi-Fi password matches the value from system.cfg and that the connection works.
