Description

So I have 2 different pi v1.2 boards. I’ve been trying all night to get one setup and working with klipper. I’m using the newest image from GitHub, I’ve used rpi imager and balena to write the image to the sd card. The fat32 partition on the card is accessible and I’ve put my WiFi info into the config. I’ve gone through this several times between several sd cards and nothing is working with either these things.
I’m powering with 24v, 5v jumper removed, I only get the green led next to the usb c port. It never shows up on my network/connects to WiFi or via Ethernet and the Ethernet port never has any sort of status led activity. Using an hdmi5 screen there is nothing displayed, it only has the backlight illuminated. What could I be doing wrong? For reference I’ve setup I don’t know how many pi 3/4/5s with very few issues.

Research direction

Review the newest GitHub image and the WiFi configuration placed on the FAT32 partition, then retrace the rpi imager and balena writing steps. Test the board over WiFi and Ethernet while checking the green LED, Ethernet status LEDs, and HDMI5 display. Done means the board boots and becomes reachable on the network.
