EXP-MOT v1 with SKR Mini E3 v3 and TFT35 E3 v3

I want independent control of a fifth stepper driver for G34 bed leveling in Marlin by using the EXP-MOT v1 module. My SKR Mini E3 v3 is connected to a TFT35 E3 v3, and thus does not have an open EXP port. There are two open EXP ports on the TFT35, however, so is it possible to connect the EXP-MOT module with a stepper driver to the TFT35 directly? How would I do this? If this daisy chaining is not possible, can I still use both the TFT35 and the EXP-MOT or do I have to choose one?
