petals prompt-tuning server node no response

I want to learn and contribute to this great work, so I run the example to learn more about it, but when I run [prompt-tuning](https://github.com/bigscience-workshop/petals/blob/main/examples/prompt-tuning-personachat.ipynb) , I had a problem with the server not responding. Have I missed something?

BTW, is there possible to publish a more detailed tutorial on how to create a private group in the future? For example, create some tutorials on youtube.

Start with examples/prompt-tuning-personachat.ipynb and reproduce the reported server-no-response behavior using the example. Check the notebook's server setup and execution flow, then confirm the example receives a response; the issue's screenshot may help compare the failure.
