Description
The new release of [Cardio:DE (1.1)](https://heidata.uni-heidelberg.de/dataset.xhtml?persistentId=doi:10.11588/DATA/AFYQDY ) is only available as UIMA CAS:
We should create a new config for handling this format in the existing [data loader](https://github.com/bigscience-workshop/biomedical/tree/main/bigbio/hub/hub_repos/cardiode).
