Description
The documentation references that it uses RFC **3999**, but it links to the RFC **3339**
https://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc3339.txt. I found that [RFC 3999 is not implemented](https://www.rfc-editor.org/info/rfc3999), which is a little confusing. Is this a typo in the documentation?
Thanks for creating this library, I enjoy working with it.
