About using X.509 Certificates

There's a paragraph that reads (before I made some changes in PR #8):

> Still, it might be useful for some use cases to enable X.509 certificates. Most of the old web still rely on them, so why not using them?

I think most decentralization purists would answer that X.509 certificates rely on trusted third parties (certificate authorities).
