Host these examples somewhere as a publicly available demo

Way lower barrier of entry for most people coming into BigchainDB and these examples.

Once we have a transactions viewer for BigchainDB, it'd also be nice to hook that into these public examples so people can verify what they've done and explore `THE BLOCKCHAIN`.

Review the examples in this repository and the request for publicly hosted demos. Clarify whether the transactions viewer is part of this issue or a follow-up, then define the hosting entry point and verification criteria. Done means the examples are publicly accessible and users can verify or explore transactions if that remains in scope.
