New cljfmt version

Thanks for the tool, it's such a nice piece of work!

I have a formatting issue with cljfmt that is resolved with the addition of `:refer-map` in version 0.16.1 (https://github.com/weavejester/cljfmt/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md).

Would it be possible to update the cljfmt dep to the latest version?

Find the project dependency declaration for cljfmt and check the current version against the version that introduced :refer-map, as linked in the issue. Update the dependency and run the repository's existing tests or formatting checks; the formatting issue should be resolved with the newer cljfmt version.
