WSL2 + Docker = spawn UNKNOWN

### Bug description

In the docs for docker it says "First up, open the Docker project via "Open local project""
When I do that I just get ```spawn UNKNOWN```
My project is in WSL 2 and running in docker through Laravel Sail
For WSL 2 projects I used to connect via SSH, but there is no Docker option for SSH
I tried SSHing to docker but just get an error, the "copy" button doesn't work so I can't post it here
Literally no clue how to get invoker to work with my projects
