[Bug]: Livewire starter-kit new site not created

### Bug description

No livewire starter-kit installed from site instaaller

### Steps to reproduce

As normaly install from herd a new laravel project with livewire starter-kit no volt and boost: yes and init git repo: yes, then the output dont show any output then 10 sec later open the finis screen then i press the open in browser then site not found, i sercd in site not there no installed on folder also, base herd install setup to herd default folder, and nothing there, so basicly nothing installed. Norma no starter-kit normal instal works fine.
