SDL3 migration was suggested here https://github.com/beyond-all-reason/RecoilEngine/issues/2069
Let's use this issue for coordination.
@devurandom I’ve started the migration process. To be honest, I’m not sure if my skillset will be sufficient, but so far it looks promising.
I’ll link PRs here as soon as something is in a presentable state.
I’m quite sure I’ll need some help here and there later on.
